Product information ,Delivery times ,Return and Refund Policy

Our Return to base for refunds and our order times are below

• Terms of return (30  days ) ALL orders can be subject to 3 weeks order time as standard unless express is selected but this is at extra costing its on our web please take this into consideration before placing orders.
• All wood products are natural wood products graining and colours will differ slightly unfortunately we can't mess with nature .
• All our orders need cleared funds into our account for orders to be placed
• 6-8 weeks at busy times ( mid march  to november  is busy times ) scottish delivery can take slightly longer  ,also please take this into consideration we can't be held responsible for camping and booking loss, please take the times of delivery into consideration ,minimum time would be atleast a week orders are subject to 48hrs lead-time prepare from web to ourselves
• any orders outside uk are not priced for nor allowed for please contact us for a quotation 
• all packages are booked as an express unfortunately large boxes can take a little more time in this process we cannot be responsible 
• non stock board , lightweight and birch hex, black mesh have arrival time to us before production please be aware before ordering
• To avoid courier delays we welcome collections 
• We sometimes have courier Delays , As long as we are aware of them we will get them resolved as quick as we can
• bespoke builds are not applicable for return Process, ie modified orders from our standard items that are created for you.
• all refunds are made on our products once returned to base that being the full unused undamaged product complete not part
• please book with us  before attending the workshop  , only so we can dedicate the correct time .
• Unfortunately no goods leave our premises until payment in full , until payments are made orders for goods will not be processed.
